Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Axiom Labs website at axiomlabs.live. By using the site or booking a call with us, you agree to them. If you engage us to build or manage systems, that work is additionally governed by the services agreement or statement of work we sign together, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Axiom Labs designs, builds, deploys, and maintains AI-powered workflow automations for businesses. Discovery calls are free. Engagements are scoped, priced, and documented individually before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Call bookings made through this site are subject to availability. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party until a written agreement is signed.

• Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in writing before work starts.
• Invoices are payable per the schedule in your agreement.
• You are responsible for providing timely access to the tools, data, and people we need.
• Ongoing maintenance is provided only under an active management plan.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, and internal components. Upon full payment, you own the custom deliverables built specifically for you as set out in your agreement. You grant us a limited licence to use feedback you share with us to improve our craft.

Anything you tell us about your business stays between us. We will not disclose your confidential information except to the service providers needed to perform our work, or as required by law.

You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping it to train models on our content, no attempting to break authentication or rate limits, no interfering with our booking infrastructure, and no impersonating others when booking.

AI systems can make mistakes. Systems we build include human review points appropriate to their risk level, and we track real performance numbers so decisions rest on evidence rather than assumptions. Output produced by AI systems should be reviewed before being relied upon for consequential decisions.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. For engagements, warranties and remedies are those stated in your services agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site for conduct that violates these terms. Engagement terminations follow the notice periods in your services agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
