Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Axiom Labs ("we", "us", "our") builds autonomous AI systems and workflow automations for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at axiomlabs.live and how we handle it.
2. Information we collect
Booking information. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, company name, timezone, and any notes you choose to share about your workflow. This is used solely to schedule and prepare for the conversation.
Communications. If you contact us by email or through the booking flow, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited and approximate region. We do not use advertising cookies or build advertising profiles.
Client engagement data. During an engagement we may need access to your tools, documents, or data in order to build and maintain the systems you hired us for. That access is governed by your services agreement with us, and this policy does not override it.
3. How we use information
- Scheduling calls and sending confirmations and reminders
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals
- Delivering, operating, and maintaining systems we build for you
- Sending occasional service-related updates
- Understanding aggregate site usage to improve our website
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to operate: Google Workspace (calendar, meet, and email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and our email delivery provider. These providers process data only on our instructions to deliver their services.
5. AI processing
Our work involves AI models. Where we process client data during an engagement, we do so under the terms of that engagement, and we favour providers and configurations that do not train on customer data. Information you submit through this website's booking form is not used to train AI models.
6. Data retention
Booking records and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Client engagement data is retained and deleted according to your services agreement. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access for service accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take safeguarding your data seriously.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
